Coaches,

Starting in the Fall season of 2008 PYSA is requesting that all coaches use the request forms below for the following:

Game Rescheduling:

bulletYour team has a rain out and needs a game rescheduled
bulletThere is a scheduling conflict and your team needs your game rescheduled
bulletThis is subject to PYSA approval.  Please read your CYSL book for game rescheduling
bulletThere is an opponent team coming to Plymouth for a game with Plymouth and the opponent coach has a scheduling issue
bulletThis is subject to PYSA approval.  Please read your CYSL book for game rescheduling

Request for Reschedule

 

PYSA Practice Field Permits:

bulletPlymouth Youth Soccer permits a number of fields for practice only and or game and practice for the soccer season.  
bulletPYSA has a tight schedule between games and practicing
bulletWe have found even though a coach requests one field, they may end up at another field and not tell anyone or may not remove themselves from the original field requested.
bulletPYSA is charged for field usage by the Plymouth School Department and Recreation Department.  The cost for maintaining a single field can exceed $6,000 per year.  If we do not maintain our own fields we may not be allowed to request a permit in the future.

We need to help by:
bulletRemoving any drink or food containers when your team leaves
bulletIf there are trash barrels use them, otherwise take it with you or carry a trash bag in your ball bag
bulletDo not allow any players to hang from net frame cross members
bulletLet them know that if they flip it, they may injure themselves as well as others
bulletDo not remove corner flags, or allow them to be pulled out of the ground
